Our members participate in a number of ongoing service projects, and also support the activities and projects of other Kiwanis clubs throughout the Las Vegas Valley. In May 2025, the Kiwanis Club of Centennial Hills had the honor of recognizing Shadow Ridge High School Key Club seniors for their dedication to public service. Collectively, these remarkable students contributed 192.75 hours of volunteer service to their community, an outstanding achievement that embodies the Kiwanis spirit of serving the children of the world. Additionally, the Club celebrated this year’s scholarship recipient, Jonah Escoto. Congratulations on this well-deserved honor!
The Kiwanis Club of Centennial Hills thanks the many runners, walkers, sponsors, vendors, and volunteers who made our Superhero 5K Run/1-Mile Walk a super success!
Thanks to the Kiwanis Club of Green Valley for hosting the Division 28 Council Meeting on April 26, 2025. LTG Krit Sempolkrung and his team addressed policies and procedures and the division financial report, while club Presidents and other spokespersons provided updates on membership, community service projects, and fundraising events.
Our members are preparing for the Superhero 5K Run/1-Mile Walk scheduled for May 3, 2025 at Floyd Lamb Park at Tule Springs! Thanks to all the runners, walkers, sponsors and vendors for supporting the Kiwanis Club of Centennial Hills Scholarship Program!
Thank you, Las Vegas City Councilwoman Nancy Brune! We had a great time at the Spring Fling on Saturday, April 19, 2025 at Floyd Lamb Park, sharing the good works and ongoing community outreach projects of the Kiwanis Club of Centennial Hills with so many families and new friends!
The Kiwanis Club of Centennial Hills fully agrees with the mission of Sleep in Heavenly Peace (SHP), which is “No Kid Sleeps on the Floor in Our Town!” Thanks to all who participated in the April 5, 2025 bed build!
On September 21, 2024, members of the Kiwanis Club of Centennial Hills partnered with more than 30 Key Club members and the Kiwanis Club of North Las Vegas to restore and enhance educational signage at the Gilcrease Nature Sanctuary. Participants in this service project disassembled, repaired, painted and replaced roof shingles on twelve signs on this picture-perfect day!
In 2024, the Kiwanis Club of Centennial Hills awarded college scholarships to three deserving seniors attending Arbor View High School. These Key Club members maintained high academic achievement and developed their leadership skills while supporting the community through a variety of service projects.
Our bowling fundraiser was a great success on May 11, 2024 at Santa Fe Station, all in support of the Kiwanis Club of Centennial Hills Scholarship Program!
Did you know? Three Square is the only food bank in Southern Nevada. The Kiwanis Club of Centennial Hills is proud to support their mission “to provide wholesome food to hungry people, while passionately pursuing a hunger-free community.”
